COMPANY PROFILE

BWS Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is a wholly owned Bumiputera company with core business activities mainly in engineering construction and maintenance services for the oil and gas industries.  The company was formed in October 2002 by a group of Bumiputera who have many years of working experiences in the oil and gas industry particularly in construction and maintenance services.

The company management and operation is very much run by its shareholders who are members of the Board of Directors and Management.  In addition the company also employs qualified professionals who have acquired thorough experience in various disciplines of engineering and construction.

As the company was formed with the objective to ‘become one of the major contractors in the construction industry’ efforts were immediately made to establish the company's capabilities and competitiveness.  In this respect the company owns an industrial building at Piasau Industrial Estate, Miri as the main office cum warehouse and fabrication workshop for civil, building, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical & instrumentation construction & maintenance work.

In Bintulu, the company has a fabrication yard located at Kidurong Industrial Estate.  The fabrication yard is in the process to be equipped with offices, covered fabrication shop, open fabrication area, covered & open storage facilities, facilities for blasting and painting and NDT facilities etc.
